The University of Indonesia held the DSS-RESPOND-OR Workshop on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at the Faculty of Science and Technology, UIN Sunan Kalijaga, Yogyakarta.

This activity is a follow-up to the national research project "Decision Support System for Disaster Response in Indonesia" funded by BRIN and LPDP.
The workshop featured speakers: Prof. Heru Suhartanto, Muhammad Fathurrahman, M.Kom., and Dr. Toto Haryanto. Participants included the Partner University Team (UIN Sunan Kalijaga) and representatives from the Regional Disaster Management Agency of the Special Region of Yogyakarta and Sleman. The materials presented included an introduction to the system, Network Generation, Assisted Evacuation Planning, and Personal Scheduling and Routing.
It is expected that this system can accelerate decision-making during disaster events.
